Hours per week
More hours often earn a tiered discount. A 20+ hour/week client typically sees a 5–10% effective reduction from our published rate.
Services combined
Most visits blend two or three services. You're billed at the highest-tier rate for that visit — not multiple overlapping rates.
Time of day
Overnight and weekend-overnight respite is a flat higher rate. Daytime weekends are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Distance
Mileage is included within Palm Beach County. Destinations outside the county are quoted up front — no surprise mileage charges.
How families pay for care.
Private pay
Weekly invoicing. ACH, check, or credit card. No deposits, no setup fees, no cancellation fees.
Long-term care insurance
Most LTC policies reimburse non-medical home care. We provide itemized invoices and caregiver notes that carriers accept. Paperwork help included.
VA benefits
VA Aid & Attendance benefits are accepted. We can refer you to an accredited VA counselor if you haven't filed yet.
HSA / FSA
Sometimes eligible when care is physician-ordered. Check with your plan administrator — we'll provide the documentation needed.
Medicare does not cover non-medical home care. If you need skilled nursing, we can coordinate with a home health agency.
