Madeline Diaz Guardiola founded Care Harbor after years of watching families navigate home care the hard way — juggling rotating staff, chasing phone calls, and paying for care that didn't quite fit. The system felt corporate when what families really needed was someone who knew the dog's name, remembered that Dad doesn't like olives in his salad, and showed up on time without a sticker label.
Madeline built Care Harbor as a deliberately small, owner-operated service — not because bigger is bad, but because the best care is consistent, personal, and delivered by someone who genuinely knows your family. That only scales so far, and we're okay with that.
Today, Care Harbor serves families across Palm Beach County with the same simple promise: the person who meets you at the consultation is the person who shows up for every visit. No rotating staff, no re-explaining, no surprises.
